A hen night is a party generally just for a woman to be married. However in some countries and region a hen night is an all female party regardless of whether one of them is soon to be married or not. In this type of hen party, a group of females gather to celebrate being female, not wearing make up or dressy clothes and not having to worry about what other people have to say or think about them. A hen night is a time to relax.

Many females will do this several times a year at hen night weekends. Hen night weekends are weekends were females go to a friends, a campground, lodge or cottage to be away from the male race. Hen night weekends are a time to relax, and let loose all worries and fears about what is happening in their lives and just settle down for the weekend and have a good time.

Hen night weekends can be done in the city, with a night of watching movies and playing games and going out to the bars without their boyfriends, finances or husbands. The next day of the hen weekend starts late into the day with shopping, going to the beach, reading or talking about things that are on the females attending the parties mind.

At the hen night weekends the girls there can also help each other find good guys and advise each other with cumulative experience on how to deal with certain situations, from lack of trust between a boyfriend and girlfriend, to convincing their boss to give them a raise.

Hen night weekends are a wonderful experience for any woman and the importance of being good to yourself should not be over looked. Remember that before you can take care of your responsibilities as well as others, you yourself need to be able to take care of you!
